Diana’s cakes and puddings are different! They are so good they have ‘rescued’ the traditional Christmas cake and pudding flavour which is not evident in the commercial, factory-produced brands of today.
These cakes and puddings are home-made right here in Australia, from only the freshest and best ingredients, all sourced locally. They have been baked by a cook with a fine palate, a person who has considered the shortcomings of the current offerings and decided to do something about it. The recipe has been handed down in Diana’s family and is a closely guarded secret.
The fruit is sweet but not too sweet and the added alcohol complements the fruit. It is all bound together with farm fresh eggs and butter by a light hand. The effect is rich and flavourful, balanced, and the taste lingers ( one could only wish forever).
The cakes and puddings are made in October and November only and sell quickly, so be first in with your Christmas orders.
